How to Plan a Project?

• Get together with a group of friends that would like to be part of the Y-Revolution
• Design the project with the project proposal on the following documents:
  • Project proposal <DOCX> <PDF>
  • Project proposals – BIG PROJECTS or more DETAILED <DOCX> <PDF>
• Work together with the counsellor/teacher in charge
• Invite the coordinator and ask for  help or additional resources if required
• Make several copies of the Evaluation slip, the Join us slip, and the Y-R Contract for possible members

  • Join us <DOCX> <PDF>
  • Contract Template <DOCX> (New members)
• Contact the coordinator if you would like to borrow a camera to take pictures of your activity or if you would like more Y-R members to help you out.
• Implement the project and have the participants complete the following forms:

  • Join us <DOCX> <PDF>
  • Contract <DOCX> (New members)
• Complete the reflection handout found on with the help of the counsellor or teacher in charge
  • Reflection <DOCX> <PDF>
• Mail the project proposal and the Reflection to the coordinator (Vincent Massey High School – Lili Jardine)
• Send the information of the new members to the coordinator

• Celebrate your results with the Y-Revolution group and the counsellor/teacher in charge
• Get together with the Y-Revolution group to start working on a new project/activity
